Europe, 2028

I'll be based in Malta for an extended stay in 2028, travelling through Italy, Spain and Japan along the way.

If you're a property or travel brand in any of those places and you'd like content shot while I'm there, I'm booking well ahead. Get in touch early and we'll build it into the route.

How it works

  1. Get in touch Tell me about the property — where it is, how many rooms, and when you'd like it shot.
  2. I'll send a quote Fixed price, agreed before anything is booked. No surprises.
  3. Prep the space I'll send a short checklist. Clean, styled and decluttered makes an enormous difference — this is the single biggest factor in how good the photos look.
  4. The shoot Usually two to three hours depending on size. I work around the light, starting with bedrooms and finishing outdoors.
  5. Delivery Edited images within five business days, in a downloadable gallery, sized for listings and social.

RevisionsOne round included on Essential and Standard, two on Full Property. Re-edits of supplied images, not a reshoot.
Usage rightsFull commercial usage of your delivered images, for as long as you like, across listings, website, social and print.
My usageI retain the right to display the work in my own portfolio and on social. Tell me if a property needs to stay private and that's absolutely fine.
BookingA 25% deposit confirms the date. The balance is due on delivery.
ReschedulingFree with more than 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained.
WeatherOutdoor and drone work is weather dependent. If conditions won't do the property justice, we'll reschedule that portion at no extra cost.
Property preparationI'll send a checklist ahead of time. The space should be clean, styled and decluttered before I arrive — it makes more difference than any camera.
TravelIncluded within roughly four hours of Blacktown, NSW. Anything further is quoted before booking.
Image filesDelivered as high-resolution JPEGs, sized for both listing platforms and social. Raw files available on request.
